About the Role

The National Public Service Workers Union (NPSWU) is looking for 10 motivated Recruiters to join our team across municipalities within KwaZulu-Natal. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about workers’ rights, community engagement, and making a tangible difference in the lives of public service workers.

As an NPSWU Recruiter, you will play a vital role in expanding our membership base, supporting existing members, and representing the union during recruitment and workplace engagement programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• › Recruit new NPSWU members within your allocated municipality.
• › Service and support existing members, ensuring they receive the full benefits of union membership.
• › Conduct daily recruitment programmes at public sector workplaces.
• › Build strong relationships with NPSWU Shop Stewards and workplace contact persons.
• › Work closely with NPSWU social partners during recruitment drives and assist in promoting their financial and insurance products.
• › Introduce yourself and our social partners to workplace representatives.
• › Submit daily recruitment reports and monthly performance reports.
• › Attend weekly review meetings and training sessions.
• › Represent NPSWU professionally at all times.
